Our Methodology

Eversdale utilises Agile development practices. We work very closely with the customer and engage in frequent review meetings. Our work is executed in periods known as "sprints", commonly lasting two weeks. All team members engage in daily progress meetings, and the immediate proprieties are always determined by the client.

This empowers our customers to adjust their project's goals, requirements or milestones throughout the project life-cycle, and does not limit the scope of the project.

We acknowledge that the design and development process is organic, and that new ideas or concepts may arise throughout the project. Our flexibility and project management accommodates these events. Of note is that our Agile approach means that the usual delineation of phases does not apply. In a sprint, the team will go through the entire gamut of planning, testing, developing, refactoring, staging and deploying. As such, budgeting allocations reflect solid blocks of time needed to develop features instead of completing phases. We are happy to discuss in greater detail any concerns this may raise with respect to budgeting both time and costs. Payment expectations are linked to our two-week sprint cycles, with invoices being issued at the completion of a sprint.
